The Role

We’re working with a well?established residential contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a live residential development in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. This is a hands?on, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys owning a project on site from early stages through to handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day?to?day site operations, programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of a residential site from groundworks through to completion
• Coordination of direct labour and subcontractors to agreed programmes
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Managing quality control, inspections, and snagging processes
• Liaising with engineers, design teams, and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management

The Person

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to drive programme while maintaining quality standards
• Practical, solutions?focused, and comfortable leading from the front
