About the Company

A well-established construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Letterkenny. The company is known for delivering high-quality projects safely, on programme and to specification.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations. You will lead site activity, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality and health & safety standards.

This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager with strong leadership skills and experience across all aspects of construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day site operations
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to specification
• Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture on site
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved RAMS and statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are achieved with minimal rework
• Deliver daily site briefings and manage interface risks between trades

The Person

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong technical understanding of site operations and project delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities effectively
• Keen eye for quality and finishes
• Commercially aware with the ability to work under pressure
• Relevant construction or project management qualification (desirable)
• Full, clean driving licence
