Hunter Savage is pleased to be working with a leading construction business as we hire a Site Manager for our client. This Site Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.

The successful Site Manager will play a key role within the site leadership team, overseeing daily operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The Role

• Plan and manage projects alongside Contracts/Project Managers
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and quality checks
• Manage materials, plant and site logistics efficiently
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Identify risks, resolve issues and report progress
• Deliver projects to snag-free completion and handover

The Person

• Degree, HND or NVQ in a construction-related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role on £3M+ projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, H&S and CDM regulations
• Valid CSR/CSCS card (management level preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
• First Aid qualification desirable
