Service Coordinator

We are hiring for our client, a leading provider of building management systems and service solutions, who are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join their team. The Role

• Review faults discovered during servicing
• Prepare accurate quotes for service jobs and ensure transparent pricing
• Communicate with customers to explain faults, propose solutions, and follow up on quotes
• Manage the job scheduling process, coordinating with engineers and clients to ensure timely service
• Track service KPIs, monitor job progress, and keep records up-to-date on WorkPal
• Order and manage stock levels of parts and components needed for repairs
• Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure service jobs don’t conflict with project work
• Ensure engineers have all necessary tools, parts, and materials for timely job completion
• Provide regular status updates to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement

The Person – What We’re Looking For

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, or technical admin roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Proficient with WorkPal, Microsoft Office, or similar software
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in a technical or service industry would be advantageous
