The Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Lead cost planning, budgeting and project forecasting
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders and contracts
• Monitor and control project costs to support value and profitability
• Manage commercial risks linked to costs, contracts and procurement
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Provide financial reporting, cash flow updates and reconciliations
• Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
• Work closely with project managers, design teams and procurement teams

The Person:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of cost management, tendering and contracts
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Confidence using cost management software and MS Office
