The Role

You will take ownership of underwriting strategy and performance for the Home portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and strong risk control.

Key responsibilities:

• Define underwriting strategy and risk appetite
• Make decisions on complex and referred risks
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure
• Work with pricing and claims on performance insights
• Manage insurer relationships and delegated authority requirements
• Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness

The Person

• 5+ years’ home underwriting experience
• Strong technical underwriting capability
• Experience in insurer or MGA environment
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder skills
