The Role

You will transform data into actionable insights, supporting performance monitoring and decision making across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the central data lake
• Build dashboards and management information reports
• Analyse business performance and identify trends
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency
• Work closely with underwriting, pricing, and operations

The Person

• 5+ years in data analytics
• Strong SQL / Python skills
• Experience with data lakes / BI tools
• Strong communication and analytical skills
