The Role:

• Proactively seek, quote and convert new commercial business opportunities
• Drive sales campaigns and deliver against income targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Ensure high standards of compliance, customer service and audit readiness
• Collaborate closely with company directors and contribute to team objectives
• Take responsibility for premium collections and aged debt
• Provide professional, consultative service at all times
• Contribute to the team culture, working collaboratively to exceed goals

The Person:

• Strong experience in a similar commercial insurance sales role
• CIP qualified and compliant with the Central Banks MCC and Fitness & Probity standards
• Proven ability to secure and convert large, complex risks
• Technically strong with excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
• A strong communicator with a positive, adaptable mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Applied Systems
• Holds a full clean driving licence and access to a car
