We are delighted to be working with an international legal services firm who are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded BD professional to support strategic growth initiatives within a high-performing, professional services environment.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of business development and marketing initiatives across key practice areas

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive client development, pitches, and proposals

  • Prepare high-quality pitch documentation, credentials, and presentations

  • Analyse market and client data to identify growth opportunities

  • Support client targeting, relationship management initiatives, and account planning

  • Assist with the coordination of events, campaigns, and profile-raising activities

  • Collaborate with wider marketing and communications teams as required


The Person

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Development role within professional services

  • Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders and practice groups

  • Proven ability to manage pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials

  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
