The Role

• Technical Due Diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
• Contract administration and dilapidations

The Person

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial buildings and contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and report-writing technology
