We are hiring for our client, a global leader in their sector, who are seeking an experienced Reward Partner to join their People & Culture team. This is a high-impact role leading the delivery of global reward strategy across a complex, international organisation.

The Role:
- Deliver and maintain competitive salary structures and benefits programmes
- Lead annual pay review processes and incentive schemes
- Coordinate executive compensation cycles and remuneration reporting
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analysis
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Manage UK benefit providers including renewals and compliance (GPG reporting)
- Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Support broader HR policy development aligned to business strategy
- Promote fairness, transparency and consistency in reward practices
The Person:
- Strong experience within compensation, benefits or reward
- Advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling)
- Experience in job evaluation and market benchmarking
- Strong knowledge of UK benefits legislation
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
