We are hiring for our client, a global leader in their sector, who are seeking an experienced Reward Partner to join their People & Culture team. This is a high-impact role leading the delivery of global reward strategy across a complex, international organisation.

The Role:

  • Deliver and maintain competitive salary structures and benefits programmes
  • Lead annual pay review processes and incentive schemes
  • Coordinate executive compensation cycles and remuneration reporting
  • Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage UK benefit providers including renewals and compliance (GPG reporting)
  • Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Support broader HR policy development aligned to business strategy
  • Promote fairness, transparency and consistency in reward practices

 

The Person:

  • Strong experience within compensation, benefits or reward
  • Advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling)
  • Experience in job evaluation and market benchmarking
  • Strong knowledge of UK benefits legislation
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
