An excellent opportunity for a Revit Technician to join a leading manufacturer of building products at an exciting time of expansion. Reporting to the Design Manager you will assist in creating both 2D and 3D drawings

The Role

• Design fire protection sprinkler systems for high-profile clients.
• Produce REVIT drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work.
• Ensure that standards are adhered to and that drawings produced are of the highest quality, all in accordance with Q.A. procedures.
• Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software.
• Planning project programs/scheduling.
• Preparing submittals.
• Work closely with the Operations and Installation teams to communicate, problem solve and update drawings for all coordination and design issues.

The Person

• 2 years of experience in a Revit Technician role or a similar position
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Relevant engineering related qualification
• Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
