Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter looking for a stronger platform, or a financial services professional with the commercial drive and people skills to build a rewarding recruitment career, we would love to hear from you.

You will work with a broad range of clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, placing talent across banking, insurance, investments, compliance, and financial planning.

What Youll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
- Growing your own desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
- Becoming a trusted specialist in a sector that values expertise and discretion

Who Were Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- A background in financial services (banking, insurance, compliance, investments, financial planning) AND/OR experience in recruitment
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, relationship-led approach
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
- A positive, driven mindset and the ambition to build a high-performing desk
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
