Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Engineering team. You will partner with leading engineering and manufacturing businesses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, connecting them with the specialist talent they need to succeed.

What Youll Be Doing
- Running end-to-end recruitment for engineering clients across a broad range of disciplines
- Growing a client portfolio and building lasting relationships in a sector that values expertise
- Developing your desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
- Delivering results in a high-performing, well-rewarded environment

Who Were Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- An engineering, technical, or manufacturing background AND/OR experience in recruitment
- Strong sales ability and a consultative, client-first approach
- Excellent communication skills, ambition, and a positive attitude
- Self-motivation and the hunger to build something great
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification (desirable)
