Receptionist
We are hiring for our client, a well-established brokerage within the financial services sector, to appoint a Front of House Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo.
This Front of House Administrator role will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the brokerage. Working closely with senior leadership and advisors, you will support client communication, policy processing, compliance documentation and financial administration within a regulated environment.

The Role
- Manage incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
- Maintain electronic and physical files in line with regulatory requirements
- Support policy processing, renewals, lapses and cancellations
- Assist advisors with quotes, onboarding and documentation
- Ensure documentation is stored in compliance with Central Bank regulations
- Maintain accurate records on Open GI and internal systems
- Process payments, issue receipts and support daily cashbook reconciliation
- Coordinate office administration including post, supplies and service providers
The Person
- At least 1 years experience in a customer focused administrator position
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Willingness to develop regulatory knowledge and work towards APA qualifications
