We are delighted to partner with a leading law firm in Dublin to recruit an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE. This firm is renowned for its market-leading expertise in real estate law and offers exceptional opportunities for career development. About the Role:

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, leasing, development projects, and real estate finance. You will assist senior colleagues in negotiating and drafting key agreements, while also managing your own workstreams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and financing.

• Draft and review lease agreements, development agreements, and other property-related contracts.

• Advise clients on planning and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Support senior colleagues in negotiating and drafting high-value commercial leases.

• Engage with clients across a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, development, and finance.

Skills & Expertise:

Essential:

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE in real estate law, ideally from a medium to larger law firm environment (training contract experience in a similar firm will also be considered).

• Strong academic background and a keen interest in real estate law.

• Experience in complex and high-value real estate matters.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage your own workload.

• A proactive and client-focused approach, committed to continuous professional growth.

Desirable:

• Exposure to commercial property transactions, leasing, development and real estate finance.
