What’s Involved?

You will be working on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and development and funding related to real estate investments. Our team acts for occupiers, developers, funders, and professionals across various sectors, including telecoms, corporate, retail, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied case load, covering investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

• Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.

• Support senior team members and help drive growth within the Real Estate practice.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients, while also expanding business with both new and existing clients.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role?

We’re looking for a qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in a leading real estate team.

Essential Experience:

• Extensive experience managing a varied case load, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, and commercial landlord and tenant matters for corporate occupiers.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters when required.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring other team members.

• A confident, collaborative approach, with a track record of building relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Motivated and performance-driven, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice.
