An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Dublin-based Real Estate practice, advising a premium domestic and international client base on complex, high-value property transactions.
This role offers exposure to large-scale retail, investment, finance and cross-border work, within a collaborative and well-resourced team environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of Commercial Property and Real Estate matters, including:

Supporting the roll-out of retail lease portfolios, utilising market-leading legal technology and working closely with paralegals and junior team members

Advising on inward property investments, including offices, logistics parks and shopping centres
-
Supporting the Finance team on property-related lending transactions
-
Assisting on Real Estate aspects of M&A transactions and loan sales

Working collaboratively to deliver high-value client matters to the highest standard

Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
About You
The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate

Have experience managing transactional matters with a high degree of autonomy
-
Be commercially minded, solutions-focused and client-driven
-
Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
-
Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
-
Be confident drafting clear, accurate and legally effective documentation
