The Role:

• Advising clients on real estate acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating property and construction contracts.
• Supporting clients in planning, financing, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Handling litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate and construction projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams across the firms international offices.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in real estate and/or construction law.
• Strong experience in commercial property transactions, development, and construction law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment.
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Team-oriented with a strategic and commercial mindset.
