The Role:

· Deliver PQS services across retail and commercial projects, working with multiple clients
· Involved in full project lifecycle including cost planning, procurement, and final accounts
· Provide cost advice and support through pre- and post-contract stages
· Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams in an office-based environment
· Opportunity for client-facing responsibility depending on experience level

The Person:

· Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
· Previous experience within a PQS / consultancy environment (essential)
· Experience on commercial or retail projects preferred
· Strong communication skills with ability to engage with clients (especially for senior hires)
· Based in or open to working in Sligo or Mullingar, with preference for office-based work
