The Role:

• Manage all commercial aspects of construction / mechanical projects, including cost control and budget management
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Identify commercial risks and maximise project profitability
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Monitor financial performance and produce reports for senior management
• Prepare cost/value reconciliations, interim valuations, and final accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and support junior team members
• Assist with monthly cost and margin reporting

The Person:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of contracts and relevant regulations
• MEP experience – not essential
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in cost estimation and financial reporting
• Organised, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• RICS membership desirable but not essential
• Full, clean UK/ROI driving licence with flexibility to travel to Greater Dublin sites
