We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law practice in Dublin, seeking an ambitious Associate to join their Public, Regulatory & Investigations team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile regulatory, investigatory, and administrative matters, providing excellent exposure across domestic and EU legislation.

The Role:

• Advise on administrative and public law, statutory interpretation, and information law (FOI, Access to Information on the Environment, and data privacy).

• Assist in administrative law litigation, including judicial review and statutory appeals, managing counsel input.

• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, submissions, correspondence, and consultation documents.

• Support regulatory investigations and inquiries, guiding clients through statutory processes.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to provide integrated advice.

• Work alongside senior lawyers while managing your own portfolio of matters.

The Person:

• 1–5 years’ PQE in litigation, regulatory, or public law.

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and work effectively under pressure.

• Experience with regulatory or public bodies is desirable.
