Real Estate Solicitor | 5-8 PQE | €80,000-€120,000

A growing national law firm with an impressive real estate practice is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding Dublin team. The Role

• Manage a broad real estate caseload including acquisitions, disposals, development, and investment transactions
• Advise developer, investor, lender, and occupier clients across commercial and residential sectors
• Handle complex landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management
• Work alongside planning and construction colleagues on larger development projects
• Take a lead role in mentoring and supervising junior fee earners within the team
• Contribute actively to business development and client relationship management

The Person

• Qualified solicitor with 5-8 years PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong technical grounding across a broad range of real estate transactions
• Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with the drive and personality to contribute to a growing practice
