This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, landlord & tenant, and portfolio management. You will work on complex, high-profile transactions across multiple sectors, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.

The Role:

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial property.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and ancillary documentation.

• Support clients on landlord & tenant matters and portfolio management.

• Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas for multi-disciplinary transactions.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years PQE.

• Experience in commercial property law, ideally in a busy law firm environment.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters.

• Eager to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.
