We are working with a growing and highly regarded law firm in North London seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in both residential and commercial property to take the next step in their career.

If you have real estate finance or secured lending experience, this will be a great advantage. The firm offers hybrid working, a supportive team environment, and strong career development opportunities.

Top 3 Things You Need to Know About This Role

? The Role:

• Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and development projects.
• Exposure to real estate finance and secured lending transactions (desirable).
• Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and businesses.

? The Person:

• Minimum 2 PQE in property law.
• Experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate finance and secured lending (desirable).
• A client-focused and commercially minded solicitor with strong technical skills.
