The Role:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
• Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, and enduring powers of attorney
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties to ensure a smooth process
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, wills, and legal documentation
• Working closely with partners and colleagues to support firm-wide goals

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1+ years’ PQE, ideally with property and/or probate experience
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently with supervision where required
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in this practice area
