The Role

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team

  • Draft, format, and proofread property-related legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and client communications

  • Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional manner

  • Support property transactions and day-to-day team administration

 

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Real Estate

  • Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach

  • Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
