The Role

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Property team

Draft, format, and proofread property-related legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle client communications

Assist with the management of property transactions, including lease agreements and conveyancing documentation

Organise files, maintain records, and ensure all documentation is organised and up to date

Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and internal teams to facilitate property transactions
The Person

3+ years’ experience as a Property Legal Secretary in a busy legal environment

Strong knowledge of property law processes, conveyancing, and relevant documentation

Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
