The Role

• Support the Real Estate team on a range of commercial property transactions

• Prepare and review legal documentation including leases, contracts, and property-related agreements

• Assist with due diligence, title review, and document management

• Manage case files and ensure documentation is organised and maintained

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process

• Assist with completion processes and post-completion matters

• Provide general support to the team on property-related matters

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within Real Estate or Property law

• Strong understanding of property transactions and related documentation

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
