The Role:

• Manage residential and commercial property transactions, including leases and sales
• Handle probate matters, including drafting wills, administering estates, and advising clients
• Provide practical legal advice to clients on property and probate matters
• Support business growth by expanding into commercial property work

The Person:

• 1-4 years’ PQE as a Property Solicitor with experience in probate
• Strong interest in or experience with commercial property matters
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach to work
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
