Description: We are hiring for our client, a well-established construction contractor, who is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager for an exciting new build project in Enniskillen.

The Role:

• Deliver the project on time and to the highest standard
• Report directly to the senior management team, including the Contracts Manager and Project Director
• Provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and site information
• Work to construction drawings and works information in fine detail
• Survey the site to mitigate problems and check design viability
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Play an instrumental role in negotiating contracts with direct and subcontract staff
• Liaise with engineers, with a strong understanding of site-level operations

The Person:

• Proven Site Management / Project Management
• New build experience is essential
• Able to work using your own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Track record of completing projects from start to finish
• Analytical, with sound decision-making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
• Relevant, up-to-date third-party H&S site management training
