We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations to join their nightshift team in Craigavon.
This Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations role is responsible for leading packaging teams to ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the successful Production Supervisor will drive operational excellence, people development, and client service delivery.

The Role

Lead and manage packaging teams to deliver production targets in line with schedule and cost controls

Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards

Drive high standards of client service and operational excellence

Manage daily rostering to ensure optimal resource utilisation

Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and absence management
-
Anticipate and resolve packaging and manufacturing issues proactively

Support skills development and continuous improvement within the team

Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
The Person
-
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing

Strong knowledge of packaging and manufacturing operations
-
Proven ability to follow and enforce SOPs and work instructions

High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
-
Degree qualification and/or significant relevant experience
-
Confident managing performance, allocation of work, and people development
