Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage routine production activities and ensure the smooth operation of production processes on the factory floor. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance is met.
• Communicate health and safety practices to the production team, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Set clear expectations for production team members and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Implement emergency response procedures during urgent situations and oversee their execution.
• Regularly monitor machinery and production checkpoints to ensure smooth operations and maintain high workflow efficiency.
• Compile detailed reports on production activities and provide updates to management.
• Manage the repair and replacement of faulty production equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Optimize the use of resources and assets to maintain efficient production.
• Supervise and motivate the team to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Line Manager.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within Food Manufacturing, with a focus on operational efficiency and safety. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food production, would be highly advantageous. The ability to lead a team, ensure compliance, and optimize production resources is essential for success in this role.
