The Role:
· Build and manage production schedules aligned to customer orders and forecast demand.
· Translate sales forecasts and order data into practical factory plans across multiple production lines.
· Work closely with operations, technical, and supply teams to keep production running efficiently.
· Anticipate and manage planning risks including raw material shortages, shelf-life constraints, or downtime.
· Monitor planning performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste.

The Person:
· Previous experience in a production planning, scheduling, or supply planning role within manufacturing (food/FMCG preferred).
· Comfortable working in environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
· Strong systems knowledge (ERP/MRP) with good Excel capability.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competing production demands.
· Confident communicator able to coordinate across production, procurement, and commercial teams.
