The Role:

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in leading the manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations across all manufacturing areas.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, labour utilisation, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health & safety, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and NPD teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.

The Person:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in production management.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in food, beverage, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
