We’re delighted to be working with a leading player in the chilled foods sector, renowned for their rapid growth and commitment to innovation in manufacturing, retail, and food service. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic team at their busy Monaghan-based manufacturing site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to step into a fast-paced and rewarding procurement role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Procurement Officer with supplier relationships and daily procurement operations.
• Liaising with suppliers to place and progress orders, confirm pricing, and track delivery timelines.
• Maintaining procurement records and daily updates to the master file.
• Assisting with forecasting and raw material planning to meet production needs.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods to prevent operational delays.
• Supporting inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Performing ad hoc duties to assist the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in a busy purchasing role, ideally in the food manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with procurement or ERP software is a plus.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
• A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
