Position: Senior Private Client Solicitors (Contentious & Non-Contentious)
Location: City of London
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus scheme
PQE: Minimum 5 years
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (flexible working available)

Hunter Savage is working with a boutique Legal 500 recommended law firm with offices in London, Oxford, and beyond to recruit two Senior Private Client Solicitors – one specialising in Contentious and the other in Non-Contentious matters. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the City of London, working on high-profile cases involving high-net-worth clients.

The Roles:

1. Contentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:

   • Handle complex disputes in wills, trusts, and estates, including contested probate matters.
   • Lead litigation and negotiation processes for high-net-worth clients.
   • Provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and court proceedings.

2. Non-Contentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:

   • Advise clients on complex wills, trusts, and estate planning, including succession planning for high-net-worth individuals.
   • Provide expert guidance on international estate planning and tax-related matters.
   • Manage the preparation and administration of high-value trusts and estates.

For Both Roles:

• Lead and mentor junior solicitors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Play an active role in business development, with the firm offering full support and a bonus scheme for over-target billable hours.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law, with expertise in either contentious or non-contentious matters.
• Strong experience managing high-value cases for high-net-worth clients.
• Leadership and team management skills, with a client-focused, proactive approach.
• International experience in private client law would be an advantage.
