This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Plant Manager to join a multiple award winning manufacturing group at an exciting time of expansion. Reporting to the Gorup Head of Manufacturing you will be responsible for manufacturing departments.

The Role:

• Actively promote and prioritise a safe working environment
• Develop the production plan to maximise the return to the business, working closely with Design and Quality
• Contribute to the development of the overall production strategy for the business.
• Monitor the production performance against the budget through a set of
• agreed KPIs.
• Drive efficiencies at all levels, through short/medium term projects.
• Drive standardisation of approaches, practices and reporting across the business through a
• culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead, review and support the people agenda at the plant from a recruitment, onboarding, development and employee engagement perspective in conjunction with HR.

The Person:

• Minimum 5 years’ Plant Management experience is essential
• Excellent knowledge of H&S and compliance
• Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in construction manufacturing
