Personal Assistant to Directors
We are hiring exclusively on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services firm based in Belfast, who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Directors. This is a key role providing proactive, high-level administrative and executive support in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The Role:
- Provide comprehensive diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination for Directors
- Handle confidential documentation, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare board packs, reports, and documents ahead of meetings
- Organise and attend internal and external meetings where appropriate, taking minutes and tracking actions
- Support Directors with expense management, inbox monitoring, and general admin
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership
- Assist with event planning, document formatting, and presentation preparation
- Act as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for the Directors
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities and timeframes
The Person – What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident supporting busy senior leaders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to build relationships across internal teams and with external partners
- Financial services or professional services background is desirable
