We are exclusively recruiting for our client, a well-established organisation in Armagh, who are seeking a People Business Partner to join their team.
This is a permanent role (25-30 hours per week), offering a flexible working pattern initially 3-4 days per week, reducing to 2 days over time.
The role is ideal for an HR professional looking for autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to have a real impact on people and culture.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead and influence the HR function, supporting managers and senior leadership in delivering HR initiatives and embedding best practice across the organisation.

The Role
- Lead and manage all HR and people operations across the organisation, from recruitment to offboarding
- Provide HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers and senior leadership
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention programmes, networking with agencies, colleges, and training providers
- Oversee employee relations, absence management, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR systems, reporting, and governance frameworks
- Review and enhance HR processes, policies, and procedures for consistency and compliance
- Support organisational change and business improvement initiatives
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance review processes
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, informing business decisions
- Collaborate with finance and senior leaders to link people strategy with commercial outcomes
The Person
- CIPD qualified (Associate or above)
- Experience in a similar HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in manufacturing or multi-site production orientated operation
- Experience working in a stand-alone capacity would be advantageous
- HR start up exposure, both operational and strategic
- Strong knowledge of NI and GB employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to link HR with business outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects
- Passionate about people, development, and embedding a positive culture
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with discretion and professionalism
