We are hiring for our client, a growing and well-regarded financial services firm based in Belfast, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their expanding team.

This Paraplanner role offers the opportunity to work closely with Financial Advisors, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice to a broad client base. The successful Paraplanner will play a key role in preparing recommendations, analysing financial data, and ensuring compliance across all client work.

The Role:

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
• Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection products
• Support Financial Advisors with client reviews and ongoing portfolio management
• Ensure all documentation and advice meets regulatory and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with case management
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to progress client cases efficiently

The Person:

• Previous experience working as a Paraplanner or within a financial planning support role
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
• Working towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g. QFA, Diploma in Financial Planning)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
