Office Manager

We are hiring for a world leading company with offices based in Dundalk, who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support various functions, including training coordination, order processing, supplier management, and marketing support. This is a key role in the Ireland office, with the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

The Role:

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and support for the team
• Coordinate training schedules, liaising with customers and trainers, managing logistics
• Process training invoices, issue certificates, and update training records
• Oversee order processing, liaising with sales teams, suppliers, and coordinating shipments
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for spare parts, quotes, and deliveries
• Support the marketing team with exhibitions, promotions, and trade shows
• Handle office supplies, cleaning, and vendor relations
• Ensure the timely delivery of office and warehouse supplies and manage deliveries
• Assist with additional duties as required to support business growth

The Person – What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organisational skills
• Experience with supplier and vendor relationship management
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities

Desirable:
• Experience in industrial sectors
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Previous experience in event coordination or trade show support
