The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations

• Manage bookkeeping, accounts, and financial reporting

• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and leadership

• Liaise with senior management on budgets and resource planning

• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures

The Person

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar office/finance management role

• Proven bookkeeping and financial administration skills

• Strong staff management and leadership experience

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
