An excellent opportunity for an NPI Engineer to join an award winning, innovative manufacturing company based in Ballynahinch. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing NPI projects from conception to completion

The Role

• Lead and manage multiple NPI projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
• Translate customer drawings and specifications into manufacturing data.
• Develop bills of materials and product structures for manufacturing.
• Create operator build instructions and process documentation for production teams.
• Assign process times and select the most efficient manufacturing processes to maximise productivity.
• Provide technical support for customisations of existing product designs and build-to-print products.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with the requirements of ISO 9001 standards.

The Person

• 5 Years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience with both mechanical and electrical assemblies
