Job Title: New Product Development Technologist

Location: Monaghan, Ireland 

Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Product Development Technologist to join a dynamic food manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the development, testing, and successful launch of new food products, working in close collaboration with NPD, Technical, and Production teams. The position is ideal for someone passionate about food innovation and eager to contribute to the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety within the development kitchen.

• Prepare and cook products for sampling and customer presentations.

• Organise and ensure availability of supplies for visits, trials, and presentations.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

• Support product trials and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Access to own transport.
