We are hiring for our client, a leading insurance provider with over 50 years of experience, to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for their Personal Lines Team in Cavan. This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored advice across a range of insurance products, including car, van, home, and travel insurance, while meeting monthly sales targets.

The Role:

• Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products, selling and cross-selling tailored policies to new and existing clients.
• Handle customer queries, policy renewals, and mid-term adjustments while ensuring a high level of service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Work closely with motor dealerships and assist customers in finding the best insurance solutions for their needs.

The Person:

• Previous experience in selling motor and/or household insurance (including both standard and non-standard).
• APA in Personal Lines or equivalent (grandfathered experience considered).
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a target-driven environment and deliver quality service.
