We are hiring for our client, a growing and well-established financial services business, as they look to appoint a Mortgage Advisor to join their expanding team across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor who enjoys building client relationships, delivering tailored mortgage solutions and working in a supportive, high-performing environment.

This Mortgage Advisor role offers fully remote working, strong earning potential and the opportunity to work with a steady pipeline of clients across the Irish market. The successful Mortgage Advisor will work closely with clients throughout the full mortgage process, providing expert advice and ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to completion.

The Role:

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to drawdown
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products across a panel of lenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Gather and assess financial information and supporting documentation
• Work closely with lenders, solicitors and other third parties throughout the process
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and client communication
• Identify opportunities to support clients with wider financial planning needs

The Person:

• QFA, APA or relevant financial services qualification preferred
• Previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant
• Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and lending process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Client-focused approach with a commercial mindset
