We are hiring for our client, a growing and well-established mortgage brokerage, seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the mortgage journey.

The successful Mortgage Administrator will play a key role in supporting Mortgage Advisors, managing applications from submission through to drawdown, liaising with lenders and solicitors, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.

The Role

  • Prepare, process and track mortgage applications from submission through to drawdown
  • Conduct document checks and ensure all files are compliant and complete
  • Submit applications through lender portals and respond to underwriting queries
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding documentation and case updates
  • Coordinate communications between lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients
  • Provide full administrative support throughout the mortgage process
  • Support Mortgage Advisors with case preparation and pipeline management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements
  • Maintain high service standards and deliver a positive customer experience

The Person

  • QFA qualified
  • Compliant with CPD requirements
  • Minimum 1 years mortgage administration experience within a broker environment
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Process-driven with excellent follow-up and time management skills
