The Role:

• Manage a specific plant process area
• Ensure the completion of preventative and predictive maintenance activities
• Plan and execute major shutdowns and overhauls
• Manage contractors on various jobs and projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring plant availability
• Continuously improve safety and environmental standards
• Scope projects designed to increase returns to the business
• Oversee the construction and installation of new projects
• Lead commissioning and handover of new projects
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary maintenance team

The Person:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree or similar
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
