The Role

• Lead or contribute to the design of products from concept to design freeze using SolidWorks
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings
• Work closely with prototyping, testing, and implementation teams
• Participate in design reviews, technical validations, and compliance processes
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and functional requirements
• Generate and maintain full design documentation and records
• Support project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Assist with technical support and product improvements post-launch

The Person

• Degree-qualified in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a product development or mechanical design role
• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with CAD data management tools
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (plastics and metals)
